G.E. Appraisal Service is a full service Residential
Appraisal Company serving Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties.
When you send an appraisal order the homeowner is typically
contacted that day and an appointment time is made at
their earliest convenience. After the home is inspected
the hard copy or final report can be delivered within
24-48 hours.
Our work is high quality and all adjustments are fully
explained eliminating underwriting concerns and requests
for more information, speeding up the loan process. We
are FHA approved. Fees are competitive with the market
and can be negotiated if further interest in a working
relationship is expressed. Work samples and references
can be supplied upon request.
